Cast-iron pot of smoky baked beans with brisket and cornbread on a dark steel table
Est. Website Demo

The Baked Bean Factory

Smoked low and slow, baked in cast iron, served with a side of factory attitude. Comfort food made the hard way.

Built From an Old Cannery

The Baked Bean Factory started in a converted bean cannery, and we kept the name, and the industrial bones. We smoke our meats overnight, bake our beans in cast iron, and serve it all up in a room built for good company and bigger portions.
